We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, and we want to make sure you have a smooth, hassle-free experience when returning or exchanging your purchase. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for all eligible items. You can initiate a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging.
- The item must not be altered in any way, including, but not limited to, removing tags, washing, or wearing.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
If your item does not meet these criteria, it may be ineligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
For all returns, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item was delivered to you damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Custom or personalized items that were made to order specifically for you.
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We want to make it right.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund based on the condition of the product and your preference.
- Please provide photographs of the damage or defect to help us process your claim faster.
We will cover the shipping costs for returning damaged or defective items and send you a replacement at no additional charge, or we will issue you a full refund for the purchase price.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed for the full purchase price, excluding the original shipping charges (unless the return was due to a defect or error on our part).
- If the item was purchased using a discounted rate, your refund will reflect the price you paid, not the original price.
If your item is not eligible for a refund (based on our return conditions), you will be notified, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we are happy to assist you. Please follow these steps:
- Initiate a return for the original item by following our return instructions.
- Once we receive the returned item and approve the exchange, we will send you the requested replacement item.
- If the exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
