3. Packing & Shipping:
   • Repack the products safely in original or secure packaging, ensuring they remain in brand-new condition. While we may provide a prepaid return label in certain circumstances (see Section 4), customers are typically responsible for safe shipment until the package is received and inspected.

4. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

1. Defective or Incorrect Items:
   • If your jersey arrives damaged, contains manufacturing flaws, or is the wrong product, talliclinic covers return shipping. Contact us promptly to arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Customer Remorse or Size Error:
   • If the product is correct and undamaged but doesn’t meet your expectations—such as the wrong size or style chosen—return shipping costs may be your responsibility. We will clarify whether a return label is included.
3. Additional Handling Fees:
   • In rare cases that require specialized return shipping or oversized packaging, extra handling charges might apply. We will notify you in advance of any such fees.

5. DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

1. Damaged on Arrival:
   • Inspect your package upon receipt. If you discover visible damage, immediately photograph the box and product, then email contact@talliclinic.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll advise you on next steps and handle all necessary claims or replacements if the damage is verified.
2. Lost Shipments:
   • If tracking indicates your order as “delivered,” but you cannot locate it, first check with neighbors or building management. Should it remain missing, contact us to help initiate a carrier investigation or discuss alternative resolutions.

6. REFUND PROCESSING & TIMELINE

   • Once we receive your returned items, our team inspects them within 3–5 business days to confirm they meet eligibility requirements (unused, undamaged, original packaging).
2. Refund Approval:
   • If the return is approved, we process refunds to your original payment method within 2–5 days. Banks or card issuers may require extra time to officially post the credit to your statement.
3. Partial Refunds or Denials:
   • Items showing substantial wear, damage, or missing components might receive a partial refund or be refused. In such scenarios, we will promptly notify you of the outcome.

7. EXCHANGES

   • Exchanging custom designs or limited-edition items depends on current stock. We cannot guarantee availability for a direct exchange if quantities are extremely limited.

If your delivered jersey is defective, damaged by the carrier, or notably flawed in another way, we may request photos or a description of the defect:

1. Prompt Reporting:
   • Please notify us within 5 days of receiving the product. Waiting longer than this period may limit our ability to provide a full refund or replacement.
2. Resolution Options:
   • We typically offer either a replacement jersey or a full refund based on your preference and inventory levels. talliclinic bears any shipping expenses for returning a damaged or defective item.

9. POLICY FOR NON-DAMAGED GOODS

For returns of non-damaged, non-defective items:

1. Condition:
   • Jerseys must be in their original condition—unwashed, unused, without odors—and with attached tags or protective elements.
2. Time Limit:
   • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery; the return package should be mailed promptly after receiving authorization.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
   • Typically covered by the customer if the return reason is personal preference or an ordering error unrelated to a talliclinic mistake.

10. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY

We cannot accept returns for:

• Personalized or Custom Jerseys that are specifically tailored (e.g., with names, unique designs) unless proven defective.
• Heavily Used Items that exhibit clear signs of wear, stains, or alterations that render them unsellable.

11. TAX & ADDITIONAL FEES

Refunds generally exclude shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a proven defect. Taxes paid on your original purchase are refunded according to local regulations.
